1. Full payment day of auction strictly CREDIT CARD, Visa,
Mastercard, American express. 18% on line buyers. No drafts. Please make full payment before
leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.
2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.
3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or

number of lots prior to or during the course of the auction.
5. Pick up is Monday, 4/26 - 9am-4pm
Tuesday, 4/27 - 2pm - 5pm
Wednesday, 4/28 - 9am-4pm. Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt. EVERYTHING NOT PICKED UP BY 5:00PM WEDNESDAY 4/28 WILL BE SUBJECT TO STORAGE FEES UNTIL PICKED UP EITHER BY OWNER OR SHIPPER
6. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased from the
time the auctioneer calls it sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers
assume any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the
hammer falls.
7. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any
injuries suffered while inspecting or buying.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the federal, state and
local laws governing the purchase, possession and transportation of all
