Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the closing of the auction. Winning bidders will be sent an invoice about two hours after the auction is completed, if you don't receive it check your spam folder. If paying with a credit card there will be a 3% fee applied to the sale price with a limit of $1500, also note we reserve the right to refuse credit cards for any reason. To avoid any credit card fee you can pay in cash, certified check from a major bank or a bank to bank wire transfer. Cash is always accepted. An email will be sent following the auction with all the payment options.

Terms Of Sale
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. In order to bid, you must have a bid number. Online bidders must register online via Proxibid.com. You will need a credit card to register however we will not automatically charge it at the end of the auction.
2. Everything is sold “as is, where is” without any written, expressed, or implied guarantee including but not limited to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Make your own value determination prior to bidding.
3. Kentucky Law prevents the Sale of Alcohol from anyone other than Licensed Entities. Alcohol Decanters up for auction are determined to have No Contents upon inspection. Please sign up for the Auctions ASAP Newsletter to receive an alert regarding liquor from this estate potentially being auctioned through a licensed 3rd party.
4. The Federal Tobacco 21 Law was passed in December 2019 and requires persons must be 21 or older to purchase Tobacco. Proof of age is required.
We do not suggest consumption of Tobacco in this sale due to its extreme age. It is our opinion to sell these items because they have great historical and collectible significance locally. These items can also be used as movie props and man-cave collectible display items.
5. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, ACH, Wire Transfer, Certified Check and Credit Cards up to $1500 with a 3% processing fee. We do not automatically charge credit cards as most buyers pay cash.
6. Internet Buyer’s Premium, a fifteen percent (15%) buyer’s premium will be added to your winning bid price to determine the final bid price. (Example- If you bid ten dollars, one dollar & fifty cents will be added to your bid to determine the final bid price.)
7. The Kentucky Revenue Cabinet requires the collection of KY Sales Tax at the rate of 6% on all items and equipment sold at this auction. During the Bidder Registration Process in order to be exempt from paying KY Sales Tax you will need to provide your resale number on the website. If you are a dealer, parts wholesaler, or an individual buying to resale, you must present and leave with us a copy of your Tax Exempt/Resale Certificate along with filling out the state exemption form for our files at time of payment. All persons buying for personal use will pay KY sales tax along with any persons or companies that have failed to provide valid Tax Exempt/Resale certificates during the Bidder Registration Process. Also, out of state buyers must present their out-of-state Tax Exempt/Resale Certificate during the Bidder Registration Process to be exempt from paying KY Sales Tax. We must collect KY Sales Tax at all auctions.
8. All items are Local Pick-Up only and must to be removed April 3rd & 4th between 9:30am - 7:00pm) or by appointment only, Everything must be removed by the (April 4, 2024) regardless of the circumstances unless approved by the auctioneer. This is the only time window available for pick up unless alternative arrangements are made in advance but subject to the sellers availability.
9. Any items or equipment not removed within the pickup window will be deemed abandoned and disposed of by the auction company or the seller as they see fit. Buyer will not receive any refunds, credits or exchanges for failure to remove purchased items within the pickup window. By not complying with the terms and conditions of the sale you forfeit any claims to any property abandoned at the facility.
10. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all loading and transportation of their property. Under no circumstances will the Auction Company or Seller assume responsibility for loading, shipping, or transporting.
11. At the close of bidding, winning bidders are responsible for protecting their merchandise from damage or theft. The auction company nor the seller will provide security services to protect your property so make every effort to pick your property up as soon as you can. If you didn’t purchase an item or piece of equipment do not touch or move it without notifying one of the auction staff or the seller. The Auction Company nor the Seller assume any responsibility for loss or damage. The buyer is responsible for insuring their purchases. Buyer to remove items in a professional workman like manner. If you dont have the experience or expertise to remove equipment hire someone that does.
12. Auctions ASAP reserves the right to accept bids in any increment that is in the best interest of the seller. Auctions ASAP reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person or persons whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the seller.
13. Auctions ASAP nor the seller is responsible for the bidding platform or software or the stability of the internet. It is strongly recommended that you use a desktop or laptop computer with stable internet access. Using these will allow you to better view the pictures and keep track of your bidding on multiple items.
