Item Details
This is a rare find. Series 1929 bills were issued from hundreds of different banks. Sumner, Iowa was one of the rarer issuers, as denoted by the six digit serial number. That means that only a few hundred thousand bills were issued here. So having a nearly sequential set with such high grades is extremely rare. We probably should be asking a much higher price for these. Graded 58 and 64 by PMG, the world's foremost grader of currency. We're not currency experts, so we have no idea of value, but currency this old and in this fine a condition has to be worth something. And with physical currency more and more becoming replaced with digital forms of payment, there's a strong chance that these older historical currencies will become even more collectible as people become nostalgic for the days when their wallets and purses were full of beautifully designed notes of exchange. We charge only one $5 shipping charge for all lots won. So whether you win one lot or every lot, all items won will be shipped for one flat $5 shipping charge.
