The state of Texas charges a 2% diesel fuel surcharge tax on diesel off road equipment 50 horsepower or more. This tax is not charged if the equipment is for resale or farm use.
A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on items purchased up to $5000 in addition to the Online Fee of 5%. For example, if you purchase on item for $2,000, you will pay $2,000 plus 5% plus 10 % , for a total of $2,300.
There will be a $50 Document Fee on any licensed, titled or bill of sale vehicle including trailers and ATV's.
