Of particular interest are the 125 lots of 1/24 die-cast cars and other NASCAR Collectibles primarily associated with drivers who have perished in race accidents. Many of the die-cast cars were limited production runs which were collected prior to the drivers’ deaths in race accidents and are no longer available on the regular market. Examples include a Mike Curb/Dale Earnhardt Sr. 1980 Olds 442, a Dale Earnhardt Sr. “No Sponsor” car/bank, and a Dale Earnhardt Sr. “Crash Car.” Bidders will also have the opportunity to bid live on a Dale Earnhardt Sr. whole racing tire, with certificate of authenticity, which came from his car during a race.
