Hollywood legends Christina Applegate, Whoopi Goldberg, Marcia Gay Harden, Samantha Harris, Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Chris Noth, Lena Olin, Rachael Ray, Susan Sarandon, Brooke Shields and Pauletta & Denzel Washington have each designed a piece of gold jewelry with a leaf motif, and all of the proceeds from the auction of these jewelry items will go to the charity of their choice. All of the items will be available for live online bidding during the auction, allowing bidders from across the globe the opportunity to bid on and win these beautiful pieces designed by their favorite celebrities.
Combining each celebrity’s unique sense of creativity with the craft of a master goldsmith, Leaves of Change™ is intended to touch the lives of many and to bring hope to these challenging times. Participating jewelry designers and charities include:

Each of the jewelry designers in the program donated time and money to create an exclusive set of three pieces from the celebrity sketch/design: one being gifted to the celebrity and one being auctioned off during the live auction webcast with proceeds going to the designated charities. The third piece will travel on tour from July to December 2009 to approximately sixteen US cities outside of New York to further raise awareness for the multiple charities. Working together, jewelers and celebrities are creating memorable works of art which will make a much-needed difference in the lives of the less fortunate.
