PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All items must be paid by the following Tuesday of the auction via wire transfer only. Please contact auction house at 1-800-687-8616 for wire transfer information.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Must be removed by the first Tuesday following the auction by 5 pm.
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	The 48 hours before auction time
DRIVING DIRECTIONS	2 miles north of Espanola N.M. on Hwy 68, directly behind the Ohkay Casino
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Must be removed by the first Tuesday following the auction at 5:00 pm.
PREFERRED SHIPPERS	Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper’s contact information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Terms of Sale: Everything will be sold as is, where is, with no warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. All items must be paid for on sale day. All items must be removed by the first Tuesday following the auction at 5 p.m. All applicable sales taxes will be collected. Titles to vehicles will be mailed. Seller reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a bidder's number. Not responsible for accidents. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. In no event shall (J and J AUCTIONEERS) be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. (J and J AUCTIONEERS) shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. (J and J AUCTIONEERS) will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. (J and J AUCTIONEERS) is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (J and J AUCTIONEERS) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (J and J AUCTIONEERS) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
