PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Online Bidders will be required to return a signed absentee bidder form and place a $2,000 deposit with Gannon Real Estate & Consulting 24 hours prior to the auction. The deposit can be in the form of a wire or a check. If the participant has winning bid, 10% of the sale price less the $2,000 deposit must be wired, delivered or received by mail the first business day following the auction. The balance is due at closing. If the participant is not the successful bidder then their $2,000 deposit will be sent back to them within 2 business days or within 2 business days after the check clears, whichever one is longer.
