PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
We only accept Visa and Master Card for online bidders. Successful bidders will be emailed an invoice at the end of the live auction. The total due will include: (1) your final bid price and (2) the buyer's premium and will be charged to your credit card at the conclusion of the auction. Shipping rates will be charged to the buyer as a separate charge once the rate has been determined and agreed to. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted.
Items to be shipped within 2-5 business days following the auction. Bidders picking up their purchases must do so within 3 business days of payment or contact us to make other arrangements; otherwise, the items will be considered abandoned.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Buyer will be responsible for shipping/handling/insurance costs. Appropriate arrangments for shipping/handling/insurance will be determined and agreed to by A-Z Estate Realty along with bidder(buyer) and proper charges will be subsequently billed.
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES
Preview/Registration is at 9:00 MST on day of sale. Auction starts @ 11am with 2nd ring simultaneously going for on-site bidders on box lots, furniture, household, antiques, collectibles, & misc. Good sale-come have some fun!

From Bell Road, take RH Johnson Blvd. North to Camino del Sol (Safeway Plaza), go left to sale site at Sun West Plaza near Meeker Blvd. See Signs!
From Grand Ave (Route 60), take Meeker Blvd (accross from Reems Road) to Camino del Sol, go Right and a quick left into Sun West Plaza. See Signs!
**Sun West Plaza is at the intersection of Camino del Sol and Meeker Blvd across from the Post Office. Our location in the plaza is next to Rosie's Italian Restaurant.
