PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa & MasterCard ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted. Sales Tax is 8%.
SHIPPING: We will ship what we call smalls, IE: Coins, Glassware, collectibles, pictures, etc. using either UPS or USPS. Your items will be charged separately on your credit card. We will automatically ship, unless other arrangements are made.
FURNITURE &/OR LARGE ITEMS: The Bidder is responsible for arranging shipment on Furniture and larger items. We will NOT call you about this. You must contact us within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements. Items will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If we have not heard from you within this time frame, your items are subject to be re-sold in the next available auction.
A local shipper is available to make your shipping arrangements.
