PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa and Master Card ONLY. Successful bidders will be emailed an invoice at the end of the live auction. The total due will include: (1) your final bid price, (2) the buyer's premium, and (3) any applicable sales tax (Massachusetts residents only). As not all bidders require shipping, this fee will not be included on the invoice.
Your credit card on file will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premium, and a 5% sales tax will apply for Massachusetts residents only. Shipping rates will be charged to the buyer once the rate has been obtained from UPS. Bidders picking up their purchases must do so within 5 business days or call us to make other arrangements; otherwise, the items will be considered abandoned.
A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Packing and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Kelley Auctions ships with UPS. Fragile items and purchases of high value may result in higher shipping costs. Kelley Auctions reserves the right to make the decision on this and will assist in making the arrangements. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Buyers will be charged a packing fee of $2.00 per box + actual shipping. We strive to have your items shipped within 7 business days of the auction's end. For overweight or oversize packages your credit card will be billed after initial charge for winning bid as soon as shipping charge is calculated.
