PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All items must be paid in full via wire transfer to be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. An e-mail will be sent at the conclusion of the auction with payment information.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs. No equipment may be removed until paid for in full.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Machinery and personal property: Payment in full is due from internet bidders via wire transfer made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. At the conclusion of the auction, successful internet bidders will be notified with bank wiring instuctions. NOTE: Credit cards are not accepted! Real Estate: High bidders will execute a legally binding offer to purchase. A $5000 per tract non-refundable deposit must accompany the contract. At the conclusion of the auction, successful internet bidders will have a contract faxed or e-mailed to them, for their signature. Bidder will sign the contract and return it to Auctioneer with the required deposit via overnight courier. Environmental: No environmental studies, investigations, or other queries have been performed. Seller nor Auctioneer make any warranties regarding any environmental concerns. All items are offered in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. Internet bidders acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items as well online as they would in a personal inspection. Failure of bidder to personally inspect items shall not be grounds for bid withdrawal or adjustment. Personal inspections are welcome. Auction personel will be on-site on Friday, 6/13/08 from 11AM to 3PM, Friday, 6/20/08 from 11AM to 3PM, Monday 6/23/08 from 9AM to 5PM. Other appointments may be available. Call Auctioneer to schedule other preview times. Removal: Some items being offered are currently installed, and are being sold "TO BE MOVED". All such removal and uninstallation will be the sole responsibility of the buyers. Should items sell in this condition, buyer will have until 9/25/08 to complete removal. Buyer agrees to remove all of his purchases. Buyer agrees to leave building and premises in the same condition as auction day. Buyer will provide seller/owner with proof of liability insurance. Other items should be removed at the conclusion of the auction. Buyer is responsible for the security and condition of the item from the moment the Auctioneer announces that it is sold. All logistics of loading and shipping are the responsibilty of the buyer. Internet bidders must be registered thru Proxibid. Bidder approvals will be thru Proxibid "1 of 3" ; you must meet one of the criteria to be approved: 1) Good history on Proxibid, OR 2) Good credit report (Business Fed. ID# will be required for this option) OR 3) provide a bank letter of guarantee to Proxibid. Bidder approval may take 48 hours or more, so register early to be approved in a timely manner. Prompt response to Proxibid requests are appreciated and will help facilitate speedy approval. Auctioneer and Seller are offering internet bidding as a convenience to bidders. Auctioneer nor seller will be held liable for failure or loss of internet facilities. All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS". No warranty or guarantee is express or implied by either the seller or the auctioneer. SC sales tax of 8% will be collected on all applicable items, unless proper exemptions are on file prior to the auction. Examples of exemptions are Farm Use, Manufacturers, Resellers. All exemptions must be on file with auctioneer prior to auction. All sales are final. All transactions are between the seller and the buyer. The auctioneer is acting as the seller's agent. A 12% buyers premium will be added to all winning bids. For example, a winning bid of $1000 will have a buyers premium of $120 added to it, for a total price of $1120. Please take this into account in your bidding. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipping or removal of the item.
