TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Terms and Conditions This property is being offered without Reserve and will sell to the last and highest bidder regardless of price! Registration: A $5,000 deposit of bid amount is required to bid online. Buyers Premium: There will be a 11% Buyers premium added to the last bid to establish the final purchase contract amount, with on site bidders. A purchase contract will be signed immediately following the auction.
