PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	We accept Visa and Mastercard. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS

PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Please contact the auction house for preview dates and times.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Shipping will be a separate charge!
PREFERRED SHIPPERS	Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper�s contact information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	2. All goods are sold �as is, where is� without any guarantees. All sales are final. It is up to the buyer to examine each item before purchasing. There will be no refunds for purchases made over the Internet and that the Buyer has not personally inspected. 3. The Auctioneer has the right to re-offer a lot and settle all disputed bids. 4. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the items that they purchase at the fall of the hammer. 5. The auction company accepts absentee bids. The auction company will execute those absentee bids for the bidder. If an absentee bidder wins an item, via the Internet, they will be responsible for all shipping costs. The item will not be shipped until the auction company has received total payment. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any opening bid that in his opinion is not commensurate with the value of the item. 7. All items must be removed the day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction Company. 8. Runner�s can bid 9. In all instances during the sale, the auctioneer�s interpretation of these conditions shall be binding and final on all bidders. 10. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller�s against any damages caused by the acts of buyer or any person acting at buyer�s request or on buyer�s behalf in connection with the dismantling or removal of property. 11. There will be a $ 25.00 fee for all returned checks. 12. Any item not picked up within five days of the conclusion of the sale will be considered abandon property and be resold with all the proceeds going to the auction company. 13. The record of the sale kept by the auction company shall be the final record in the event of any dispute. 14. Subject to error and omissions 15. For Live Phone Bids not responsible for clarity of phone call or if call is lost. 16. Some items have reserves or minimums set by the consignor and the auction company. The auction company will execute the bids regarding the reserves and minimums.
