Registration: $5,000 deposit is required to bid online. Internet Buyers Premium: There will be a 6% Internet Buyers premium added to the last bid to establish the final purchase contract amount, with on site bidders. A purchase contract will be signed immediately following the auction. Broker Participation Encouraged: up to 1% commission will be paid to real estate Brokers/Agents who register clients 24 hrs. prior to auction and successfully close on the contract. Call for details.
