PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All settlements shall be in US funds the day of the auction. With Internet Purchases, payment shall be done via a Bank Wire Transfer payable the day of the auction, or if event is held on a holiday, weekend or after normal banking business hours, the Bank Wire Transfer shall be made on the following business day. Buyer shall be responsible for all wiring fees to transfer from the buyer(s) bank and for the auction company to receive the funds. A $10 wire receipt fee will be added to the buyer(s) balance for the Auction Companies expense to receive the wire transfer into their account. The Buyer(s) may elect to Overnight Mail a Bank Money Order or Cashiers Check for their purchases & fees, if they would choose to not wire transfer the settlement funds. We do not accept Credit Cards for payment. ALL Internet bidders MUST provide the Auction Company a “Letter of Guarantee” from their bank, except if they are a PROXIBID client in good standing that has done at least $5,000 worth of purchases with PROXIBID and are in good standing. The letter must be faxed and received a minimum of 24 hours ahead of the auction in order for the bidder registration to be granted and for the bidder be allowed the privilege to participate in the auction. DRIVING DIRECTIONS	1409 Silver Street East (County road #21) Mapleton, MN. Mapleton is located approximately 16 miles south of Mankato, MN on highway #22. Watch for auction signs on highway #22.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	All items must be removed with 7 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	On-line Internet Bidding Terms: AUCTION TERMS 1. ALL Internet bidders MUST provide the Auction Company a “Letter of Guarantee” from their bank. The letter must be faxed and received a minimum of 24 hours ahead of the auction in order for the bidder registration to be granted and for the bidder be allowed the privilege to participate in the auction. All internet bidders must register with Proxibid a minimum of 24 hours ahead of the auction in order to be able to participate. If it is a multiple day auction event, the registration must be done 24 hours prior to the first day of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the business day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction. 3. After one week items will be removed from the grounds and moved to storage areas at the buyer’s expense. 5. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. 6. Owners & sales staff are not responsible for accidents or for the equipment after its purchase. All items are being sold “AS IS” with no stated or implied warranty. Statements made the day of the auction taken precedence over any & all printed material. The information given is believed to be true & correct to best of the owners & sales staffs ability, but IS NOT GUARANTEED. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items upon purchase and winning the bid. Buyer shall make all inspections of items prior to purchase and relies solely on their own judgment as to model, type, condition, age, hours, mileage, serial numbers, level of restoration or repairs and any safety or other defects. All sales are final. 7. Information is subject to change. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 8. Our on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by phone or email with payment arrangement instructions. 9. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime & cell phone numbers, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between the Auction Company and the bidder throughout any transactions. 10. The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The buyer also agrees that a fee of 2% per month fee may be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the buyer’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Jackson County, Minnesota. 11. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. 12. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "missed" bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. 13. All sales are final. 14. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. 15. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any person. 16. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auction Company, Auction Staff or Owners in respect of any such fault or errors. These listings have been prepared only as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable, but the accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auction Company, Staff or Owners. Bidder acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make their own inquires. 17. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return or reject any item they purchase. 18. The Auction Company is providing Internet live bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against the Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 19. Shipping arrangements and cost are the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
