PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
We accept cash, approved check, Visa, Mastercard, and Wire Transfers. Buyers not known to us, who wish to write a check must provide of Letter of Guarantee from an officer of your bank on original stationery addressed to Hanson Realty & Auction Co. This letter should state an exact amount of funds guaranteed and should be presented to the cashier at the time of bidder registration. Credit arrangements must be made by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 so bank statements can be verified. We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established. Hanson Realty & Auction Co. reserves the right to hold all merchandise until such check has cleared and receipt of funds is verified. There will be a $ 50.00 return check fee on all returned checks. Payment of purchases is expected by the end of the sale. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed a 10% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium and item handling fee immediately following the auction. Shipping charges will be charged to the credit card seperately by the shipper. If paying by Wire Transer, please contact our office for instructions.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
The cost of shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, shipping, handling and insurance costs will be paid by the buyer. DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From East Lincoln Street in Tullahoma travel toward Manchester. Turn Right on Helen Street, Left on Leona Street and Right on Lindenwood.
From Highway 55: Turn onto Helen Street off Highway 55, directly across from the TN Department of Transportation Building. You may turn Right immediately onto Ann Street and then Left onto Lindenwood, or you may travel on Helen Street to Leona Street, turn Right on Leona and Right on Lindenwood.
