SAMPLE: (Bank Name) unconditionally guarantees payment to Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC from (company/individual name) up to the amount of $______. This guarantee will be valid for purchases made at the United Country Theurer Auction/Realty auction on August 27, 2008.

Specific requirements can be waived for individuals that are already established customers with United Country-Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, or Wooley Auctioneers by contacting the auction company.
