The successful INTERNET BUYER agrees to following Real Estate Terms.
REAL ESTATE TERMS: All Property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". This sale will be subject to Owner Confirmation. Successful Internet Bidder must enter into a Contract for Sale of Real Estate provided by Seller. A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of 10% Down will be required to serve as earnest money. (Funds deposited in Escrow to qualify for bidder registration can serve as Partial Deposit, with remaining Deposit balance due by Monday, September 1 @ 1PM by method of Cashier's Check or direct wire transfer, if necessary). The total balance is due on or before 30 days from Date of Auction End Date. Internet Buyer's Premium of 6% will be added to all internet bids to determine the final contract sale price.
