PAYMENT TERMS: All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases. We accept Visa & Mastercard ONLY. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. In the event of a large purchase (over $5,000) that cannot be totally met by credit card funds available, a deposit for 20% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card auction day with the remaining amount to be met by a bank wire due the next business day following the auction (sent at buyer’s expense) to Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers. (Please note: Most banks do not send wires after 2:00 p.m. on any given business day, so please be prepared to initiate your wire early in the day! Contact Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers for explicit wiring information.) Failure to fulfill a bidding contract will result in the loss of your deposit. A 3% Buyers Premium applies to credit card purchases and checks unless we know you or you present a bank letter guaranteeing your check when you register. All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer upon the Auctioneer’s acceptance of the final bid on said items. No purchases are to be removed until settled for.
