DRIVING DIRECTIONS	From I-65, Exit 205 Clanton: Go Al 22 west 2.3 miles and turn left onto Logan Road (in front of Chilton County High School). Then go 7/10 of a mile and turn left onto Enterprise Road. Then go 100 ft and turn right onto Samaria Road. Property is 4/10 of a mile on the left.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	A 10% deposit, 11% buyer's premium, and survey fees if any will be due on day of sale. Closing will be approximately 30 days after sale, and the remaining balance will be due at closing along with closing costs and title insurance, if desired.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	A deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price plus Buyer's Premium plus Survey, if any, is due on Sale Day with balance due at closing in approximately 30 days. Possession on delivery of deed. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is being sold by choice, so first high bidder can choose which tract or tracts he/she wishes to purchase, then bidding will commence again. This process will continue until all 5 lots are sold. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understatnd and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Midstates Auctioneers will decsribe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it to the best of our ability, but we will not be responsible for any omissions in the description of the merchandise. All information was derived from sources believed to be correct, but it is not guaranteed. All property measurements are approximate. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all property specifications (including zoning and permits, if any) prior to the auction date. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Midstates Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Midstates Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. In the case of a tie, the Bidder first recognised by the auctioneer is always considered the high bidder and it will be up to next person to raise the bid. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxibid feature and leave their maximum bid at the beginning of the auction.
