TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Terms and Conditions Terms of Sale All postings provide notification of the auction and auction items and do not constitute offers to sell. The offer to sell will occur at the auction. Unreserved Policy All auctions are unreserved which means every item sells to the highest bidder the day of the auction. Sellers are prohibited by contract from bidding on their own equipment or from buying it back. Payment All payments are to be made in United States currency. Once a bid has been accepted, buyers must pay a deposit of 25% of the purchase price or $10,000, whichever is greater, on the date of the sale. The balance of the purchase price, if any, must be paid within ten (10) days of the termination of the auction. No items may leave the auction site until full payment has been received. If an item requires a title certificate (or similar document), the item must be paid for in full by cash, wire transfer, cashiers check or certified check the day of the sale. The title or required document will be placed in the mail to the buyer within ten days of the auction.
