PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
We accept Visa and Mastercard. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS. Will charge card a second time for shipping.
Buyers will be assessed a 15% Buyer’s Premium for items they purchase over the Internet up to $5,000.00.
Items that sell for $5,001.00 on up will be assessed a 7% Buyer’s Premium. Purchases over $5,000.00 must have a bank letter guaranteeing funds.
Items bought over the Internet will be paid for either by credit card or wire transfer.

Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Checks are accepted with proper ID.
Payment is due at the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction Company.
There will be a $25.00 return check fee.
The record of the sale kept by the Auction Company should be the final record in the event of any dispute.
There will be a $75.00 Administrative Fee for titled vehicles.

CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES
All items must be removed the day of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Any item not picked up within 5 days of the conclusion of sale are considered abandoned property and resold with all proceeds going to the Auction Company.
