All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Credit Cards ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Packing and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Culpeper Auction ships smaller items via The UPS Store (#5850) in Culpeper, VA - contact Susan at (540) 829-7100. Your invoice and items will be given to The UPS Store and your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the amount of shipment. For your larger items contact Joe Levine, Sales Manager, at Craters and Freighters (703) 796-0180 (e-mail: nova@cratersandfreighters.com). Bidders picking up their purchases on-site or having them shipped must do so within 7 business days or call us to make other arrangements; otherwise, the items will be considered ABANDONED.
