TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Ehorse auction reserves the right to cancel any scheduled auction at any time and for any reason. Ehorse will not be liable for any damages that result from such cancellations. Users are not to place hyperlinks in their own postings 3 STRIKES AND YOUR OUT RULING It is the goal of ehorseauction.com to bring buyers and sellers together. A small commission is charged for this fee to help cover our cost of doing business and to realize a potential profit. Ehorse auction will provide this service to those deemed responsible and honest. We will keep tabs on each seller by asking the buyers to rate the seller and the seller to rate the buyer. If you are selling a horse or related item, we only ask that you indulge any known problems in the listing. If the buyer reports that you sold a horse or related item without indulging the problem, you will be asked to resolve the issue. If it can’t be resolved without the intervention of ehorse and the seller is found in the wrong he/she will receive 1 strike against them. 3 strikes and you are baned from the sell. Buyers will also fall under the same rules. We reserve the right to ban a buyer or seller after the first offense, depending on the issue. As buyers come to understand that this is the type auction we run, they will be inclined to buy often. Thanks for your participation and let’s have some great auctions. NO CONSIGNMENT FEES FOR THE 1ST 100 SELLERS Buyer and sellers will be charged 8% to help cover the cost of the auction and credit card fees. Ehorse auction is only the point of contact. We do not guarantee any of the items offered for sale as they come from all over the U.S. The sell is between the buyer and seller and all questions should be asked and answered to you satisfaction before you place a bid. At the close of this auction, ehorse will charge your credit card for the 8%. It is then up to the buyer and seller to correspond with each other. Again, ehorse is only the point of contact. Should a dispute arise, we will assist in anyway possible. Please include in your listing your policy for shipping and handling. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Ehorseauction.com may attempt to describe the horses and merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Ehorseauction.com be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview the horse or the item, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Ehorseauction.com shall endeavor to describe in detail each horse or item and any pertinent information about it. Ehorseauction.com will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Ehorseauction.com or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or the auction. Ehorseauction.com will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Ehorseauction.com reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
