All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards ONLY.
Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted. Missouri residents will be charged 6.7% sales tax. Any bill to any buyer over $500 will be paid for via check, wire transfer or certified funds and the item will be held untill funds clear both the auctioneers bank and the buyers bank.
All purchases made at a Mound City Auctions are on an "as is, where is" basis. According to the terms of bidding agreed to by all Bidders, all sales are final and no sale shall be invalidated. There are no returns or refunds and credit payments cannot be reversed.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your credit card will be charged twice- once for purchases and once for shipping. Shipping and handling will be charged at a separate time. The delivery of the item to the shipper from the auctioneer will be considered to satisify all delivery requirements in any credit card company payment agreement, or any other credit agreement of a like nature. The shipper will be responsible for the delivery of the item from the time they pick up the item from the auctioneer to the time it is delivered to you.
