A $5K Bank Letter of Guarantee is required to bid in this auction. Please fax from the bank to Proxibid at 402-505-7981. Internet Buyer’s Premium: Buyers will be accessed a 15% Buyer’s Premium for items they purchase over the Internet up to $5,000.00. They will accessed a 7% Buyer’s Premium for items they purchase over the Internet for $5,001.00 on up. Purchases over $5,000.00 must have a bank letter guaranteeing funds. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and packing. We have haulers we work with in the area that we can recommend to you. We will get you quotes if possible. Items must be removed within 5 days of the completion of the sale unless the auction company approves other arrangements.

We are conveniently located at 750 Suncook Valley Hwy (Rte.28) Pittsfield, NH. From MA: Take Rt. 93N to 393 E to Rt. 4 E. At the Epsom traffic circle take Rt. 28 N towards Alton and Pittsfield. We are located approx. 6.4 miles from the traffic circle. We are the first building on the left after Dunkin Donuts.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES
Any item not picked up within five days of the conclusion of the sale will be considered abandon property and be resold with all the proceeds going to the auction company.
