PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	Please contact the auction house for any questions regarding payment instructions. Rowlands relics, Ltd. shall ship won items within 72 hours of confirmation of credit card deposit. Rowlands Relics, Ltd. reserves the right to withold shipment until payment is recieved. Valued Proxibid customers residing in the State of Ohio shall have sales tax affixed to the price of their purchase. State sales tax in Medina County is 6.50%.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Rowlands Relics, Ltd. ships United States Postal Service Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation). Cost to the successful bidder shall be $6.50 per regular size container and 9.50 for the larger "Flat Rate" size. Rowlands Relics, Ltd. shall endeavor to ship items as cheaply as possible consistent with the safe packaging of the purchased items. Heavier items, for example, a large Granite axe, will fall in the range of $15.00 to $35.00. Postal insurance is available upon the request of the buyer.
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Auction Preview for February 28, 2009 sale: 6:00 - 8:00 PM the eve of the sale and 8:00 - 10:00 AM the day of the sale.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS	Rodeway Inn is located at the I-71 and the Ohio State Route 18 exit. Go EAST one quarter mile on State Route 18 to the Rodeway Inn.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	All property is sold �AS IS�, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Rowland�s Relics Limited may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Rowland�s Relics Limited be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Rowland�s Relics Limited shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Rowland�s Relics Limited will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Rowland�s Relics Limited is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Rowland�s Relics Limited or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Rowland�s Relics Limited will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Rowland�s Relics Limited reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
