Terry Howe & Associates, Inc will not pack, ship, pick-up, deliver, load or supply equipment. Items may be picked up at the auction site by the purchaser on: Wednesday Feb. 11, 4:00-7:00PM and Thursday Feb. 12, 9:00-11:00AM. TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Terms and Conditions 1) This is an online timed auction. There will not be a live auction. All bids must be placed online. 2) It is the responsibility of the bidder to read all auction information prior to bidding. By registering, the bidder has agreed to all conditions including, but not limited to, Proxibid Terms and Conditions, Terry Howe & Associates, Inc Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Removal Instructions, Payment Terms and Instructions set for this auction. 3) The bidding for the timed auction works like absentee bidding. You bid the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for an item, and the computer will enter bids on your behalf up to your maximum amount. 4) Bidding for all items closes at the same time. Any item receiving a bid in the last five minutes of the auction will automatically extend the bidding on that item. This will continue until all bidding ceases on that item. 5) All items are sold �as is, where is� without warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the seller or the auctioneer. Item descriptions and conditions have been derived from sources believed to be correct, however they are not guaranteed by the seller or the auctioneer. Personal on site inspection is recommended. The failure of any bidder to inspect, or to be fully informed as to the condition of the property, will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of bid. 6) Bidders who do not attend the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. 7) All transactions are between the buyer and the seller. The auctioneer is acting only as the seller�s agent. 8) A fifteen percent (15%) Buyer Premium will be added to all purchases. 9) Sales tax, property tax and registration fees on any vehicle are the responsibility of the buyer to be paid directly to the appropriate government agency. 10) South Carolina residents will be responsible for paying state and local sales tax of six percent (6%) on all other personal property purchases. 11) All purchases will be paid for by credit card on file (Visa or MasterCard only). The credit card number on file will be charged for the full amount of purchases (bid price, plus buyer premium, plus sales tax, if applicable) within 2 hours of the end of the auction. 12) Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. 13) Any bidder whose credit card is declined will be charged a $30 processing fee to run an additional credit card. 14) All purchases must be paid for, in full, prior to removal of any items from the auction site. 15) Purchases may be removed: Wednesday Feb. 11, 4:00-7:00PM and Thursday Feb. 12, 9:00-11:00AM. 16) Please read special terms on any firearm purchases. Buyer must be SC resident, minimum 21 years of age, complete FFA forms, provide a copy of valid SC drivers license. THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED, delivery must take place at the auction site. Shipping via UPS is automatic unless purchases are picked up. UPS correspondence and billing will be separate from Terry Howe & Associates, Inc.
