We accept Visa and MasterCard only. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. The credit card that you registered with will be charged for your purchases plus a 15% buyer's premium and any applicable taxes immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. You will be notified via e-mail of your purchases and the amount due. A second charge for shipping and insurance costs will be processed against your credit card when items are shipped. Credit card chargebacks WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for any reason on any purchase - no exceptions! Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax on applicable purchases unless a valid 2009 Florida Resale Certificate is provided at registration. NO SALES TAX ON U.S. COINS AND CURRENCY. A $30.00 processing fee will be charged to any account/bidder whose credit card on file is declined requiring additional time and telephone contact to establish payment for merchandise, or to run another credit card! Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency, which can affect your overall credit score.
REAL ESTATE: A 15% Buyer's Premium shall be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. If you are the successful bidder, a non-refundable $500.00 (escrow money) deposit is required auction day and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. You will be notified immediately by the auction house or within 24 hours by email, and at this time you will be required to execute a written purchase contract provided by the auction house conforming to the terms and conditions of the sale as well as deposit an additional $1,000.00 (Cashier's check or Money Order) escrow deposit within 3 banking days to: Advanced Title & Escrow Services, LLC, which will be held in escrow and credited at closing. All deposits are non-refundable except for default by the Seller. Balance of total purchase price shall be due and payable at time of closing - usually within 30 days from the conclusion of auction. If successful Bidder fails to execute the real estate contract and deposit the additional required funds, the $500.00 initial deposit (via the credit card) shall be retained by Florida Auctioneers & Realty, LLC as agreed liquidated damages. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Florida Auctioneers & Realty will attempt to process all shipping within 10 days after the auction. Shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Items will be packed and shipped via the USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground. Fragile or high value items may require special handling and result in handling fees that will be charged to the buyer. If feasible, multiple purchases will be consolidated to reduce actual shipping costs. A second charge for shipping and insurance costs will be processed against your credit card. If there is any damage from shipping, you must file a claim with that carrier. Do not return the item(s) to auction house.
