To participate as an online bidder in this auction: Contact Auctioneer to obtain, fill out and sign copies of the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Bidder Registration" forms. Also, provide a deposit of $3,000 per each property on which you wish to bid in the form of a cashier’s check or wire transfer, payable to Sellers Attorney’s Trust Account. Said forms and deposit must be in the hands of Auctioneer, at least 24 hours prior to the auction. If you are the winning bidder on any property additional moneys to bring the deposit to 10% of the total contract selling price will be due to the Attorney’s Trust Account, within 24 hours following the auction. Said additional funds are due in cashier's check or wire transfer. In no event will the down payment be less than $3,000 per property. The balance will be due in full at closing within thirty (30) calendar days of the auction. Escrow Closing Agent for all properties will be James Willis, Attorney at Law, Naples, Florida. Seller will pay the cost of Title Insurance. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned in a timely manner.
