PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa & MasterCard ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted. We only accept the card you used to register for this auction and all shipment will have to be signed and confirmed by the persons name on the card holder. All sales are final. We will not accept any plea that you were not the person bidding and that anyone was bidding on your account without your approval. Any bid made on behalf of you or your proxibid account will be your responsibility and no refunds will be allowed. Checks and money orders will have to completely clear through the bank before any items are shipped. Wire transfers will be accepted and transfer charges will be added to the sales price and buyer’s premium. A 3% discount on the buyer’s premium will be granted to cash or certified funds received. Seller reserves the right to accept or deny and bid. Seller reserves the right to accept or deny the high bid of any item. All items are sold subject to seller confirmation. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Visa and Master Card Credit cards only. Your credit card that you registered with will be charged. Actual shipping and a minimal packing fee of $5.00 will be charged. (Shipping is based on weight and size.) We will use Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS for ground shippable items. BUYER MUST make other arrangements for any oversized items. See Terms and conditions for full details. IMPORTANT TO READ FOR LARGE, HEAVY, AND FURNITURE ITEMS! SHIPPING: The Bidder is responsible for arranging shipment on heavy furniture and larger items. We will NOT call you about this. LARGE ITEMS- Will be held for a maximum of 15 days before your items are subject to being re-sold. If you have questions please contact the Auction Company at least 5 days before the auction.

CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Buyer shall communicate with Seller within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and shall be received by the Seller no later than 5 days following the auction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Auction Terms: On-line & Absentee Bidding Terms: 1. Royston Auction Company has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. The seller has represented all descriptions made on these items and Royston Auction Company has no knowledge and does not represent any item or their origin of purchase. 2. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the total purchase for the on-line bidding. Discounts and/or other charges may apply so read the “Payment Instructions” thoroughly. 3. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa & MasterCard ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premium, and any taxes if the apply. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. 4. The auction company through Fed-Ex or other reputable service can arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile or large items will be shipped by a professional shipping company and may result in higher shipping costs. All items need to be insured for the purchase price and shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Royston Auction Company will package items for pick up and a $5.00 packaging charge will apply. All items shipped must be picked up at our office. LARGE ITEMS- Will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If we have not heard from you within this period, your items are subject to being re-sold in the next available auction. If you have questions about a Lot, please contact the Auction Company at least 5 days before the auction. We will be happy to provide you with information. 5. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. Buyer shall have three (3) days to respond to auction firm and all payments shall be received by auction firm within five (5) business days of auction. 6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Royston Auction Company and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Carter County, Tennessee 8. All sales are final. 9. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. 10. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any person at anytime during the auction. 11. Seller reserves the right to accept or deny and bid. Seller reserves the right to accept or deny the high bid of any item. All items are sold subject to seller confirmation.
