Please fax bank letter of Preapproval to (Linkous Auctioneers at (540)961-0073). A contract will be Faxed following the auction to the winning bidder. The contract must be executed and returned via fax by 5pm EST time within 3 business days following the auction. If you are the winning bidder you will be required to make a deposit in the amount of ten percent of the total purchase price by 5pm EST, close of business within 3 business days following the auction.Balance due within 30 days or upon deed delivery.
