All vehicles are sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL no refunds or exchanges. Vehicles are available for public inspection located in Northeast, Washington County, Maryland. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Stouffer’s Auction Co., Inc. attempts to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, but makes no representations or warranties. Stouffer’s Auction Co., Inc shall not be held responsible for your degree of judgmental fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders are encouraged to inspect for themselves the vehicles offered for auction, check them out, be comfortable with you decision. Stouffer’s Auction Co., Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. A deposit of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) by certified check or cash, within five (5) business days of the close of auction and balance by certified check, or approved funds within 20 business days of close of auction is required.
