In order to participate in this auction, bidders must show proof of $2500.00 in certified funds for deposit. Please contact A-Z Estate Realty to arrange that verification prior to auction. Ten percent of purchase price (to include required deposit amount) needs to be received no later than three days after auction date and will be deposited in escrow with Magnus Title Co of Sun City West who will be doing the closing/escrow/title work. Closing must occur no later than 30 days from date of auction.
