PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	Visa, Master card, Discover, Amex & Wire Transfer are valid forms of payment. The card used during registration will be charged after the auction, for the items won. If shipping is required Navis (shipping company) will require payment before items are shipped. We do not accept Pay-Pal at this time. Maryland residents will pay 6% sales tax. All outstanding invoices MUST be settled within five days of auction end(excluding shipping fees).
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Local pick up time will be Day of Auction until 4pm, & Sunday 26th April 1pm-5pm (AT THE CHARLES COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS) Please visit our website for directions to the Charles County Fairgrounds. Shipping will be handled by Navis, see shippers address & contact info for questions on shipping All shipping fees will be payable to the shipping company. Charles County auction Co. WILL NOT share your credit card information with the shipping company. We will provide them with a copy of your invoice containing your contact information (Name, Address, Phone #, winning lots) Shipping will be a separate transaction, between the winning bidder and the shipping company.
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Preview Day will be Friday 24th from 1pm-6pm, pre-registration for the live auction will be allowed at this time. If you require more information about a specific lot/lots, please call between 1-6pm on Friday 24th.

No items removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents or lost or stolen Items. All announcements made sale day take precedence over printed material. 2. All property is sold �AS IS�, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Charles County Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Charles County Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 3. Charles County Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 4. Charles County Auction Company is providing Internet only bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Charles County Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Charles County Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Charles County Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. SEATING RESERVATIONS!! Reserved seats that are not occupied by 9:15am will be given up to those who turn up on the day. HOTEL RESERVATIONS If you are coming in from out of town, the Sleep inn where we will be conducting the auction, will offer potential bidders a discount on their stay.
