PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	Payment is Due within 24 Hours. We Charge Visa/Mastercard for Auction Wins & Buyers Premium within 24 Hours of the Auction's End. Shipping & Handling Costs are Charged Separately to Buyer's Visa/Mastercard within 7 Days of the Auction's end. Contact Auction House after 7 Days if you Need Shipping & Handling Total. Packages will be coming from QUIK2SELL, our Packaging Division. Pioneer Auction Gallery Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Credit Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 48 Hours will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater.

Buyers Must Make Their Own Shipping & Handling Arrangements within 3 days of the Auction's end or either a) Storage Fees will Result OR b) The Item will be Forfeited & Re-Auctioned with Proceeds paid 100% to the Auction House for Storage Fees, Remarketing for Sale, etc...
PREVIEW DATES AND TIMES	Preview On-Line any time or In Person on the Day of the Auction between 5:00pm-6:30pm, PST. You May Also Call 503-496-0303 For Condition Reports & Specific Questions BEFORE 5pm, PST on Auction Day.
CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Pick Up Availability - The Day After the Auction by Appointment, by the Winning Bidder ONLY. If Someone other than the winning bidder is picking up, they must pay CASH on pick-up.
PREFERRED SHIPPERS	Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper�s contact information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS	All property is sold �AS IS�, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Anyone attempting a Chargeback will be Charged a Breach of Contract Fee of $250.00 OR 35% of their Total, whichever is greater . Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Pioneer Auction Gallery may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Pioneer Auction Gallery be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Please be aware of this, most likely the card on file at auction registration will be charged for purchases, buyer premium and any other applicable fees. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on Proxibid. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly, chargeback�s will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase through Proxibid. No exceptions. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Pioneer Auction Gallery shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Pioneer Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Pioneer Auction Gallery is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Pioneer Auction Gallery or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Pioneer Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Pioneer Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Pioneer Auction Gallery does not accept any phone calls relating to condition, bids, etc... after the on-site auction preview begins. Due Diligence is the complete responsibility of the Bidder & Bidders are completely responsible for their own bids. Catalogs & On-Line Description are meant as a Guide only.
