Specific requirements can be waived for individuals that are already established customers with United Country-Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, by contacting the auction company.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	LIVE INTERNET AUCTIONS: United Country-Theurer Auction/Realty is providing Internet pre-bidding and live bidding as a service to Bidder. United Country-Theurer Auction/Realty will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. United Country-Theurer Auction/Realty reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Internet bidders will need to register with the auction company prior to the auction event. United Country-Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, requires a bank letter of guarantee and the contact information for the registering bidder's financial institution.
