Buyer's Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium for ON LINE Buyers or a 10% Buyers Premium for on site buyers, will be added to the final bid price.
Currency: All bids are in US dollars.
Payment: All successful On-Line Bidders agree to make full payment to Ziegler Auction Co. Ltd. following the close of the auction. Ziegler Auction Compnay will apply payment to the cedit card on record used for registration. All payments are to be made by Visa or Mastercard. Payments are to be made in US dollars only.
ON SITE Bidders must pay by cash or check following the auction. No credit cards allowed on site.
Your bid is a contract: Your Bid(s) are not retractable for any reason. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with Ziegler Auction Company Ltd.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Buyer will bear all costs to remove, ship and load all purchses. Buyer must remove entire lot purchased. All items will be available for removal folowing the close of the auction. Removal auction day till 5 pm. Tuesday April 21 and Wednesday April 22 8;30 - 5 pm., other business day times by appointment. THE BUILDING IS SOLD AND All lot must be removed by: 4/24/2009.
