It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Stouffer’s Auction Co., Inc. attempts to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, but makes no representations or warranties. Stouffer’s Auction Co., Inc shall not be held responsible for your degree of judgmental fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders are encouraged to inspect for themselves the vehicles offered for auction, check them out, be comfortable with you decision.
