PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. The credit card will be charged for your purchases after the auction closes. Also upon shipping the shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Packing, shipping, and insurance costs are NOT included as part of the purchase price. The local UPS Store will handle all the shipping. If you would like it to be sent by a different carrier please let us know. The cost for shipping will be charged to the credit card on file.

CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	Cards will be charged by 3:00 on Monday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLACING A BID AT THIS BRADEN AUCTION SERVICES CONDUCTED THROUGH PROXIBID AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. 1. A 15% Buyer�s Premium will be added to all winning bids and is considered part of the purchase price. NO EMAILS WILL BE ANSWERED DURING THE AUCTION 2. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds to Braden auction Services by Visa, MasterCard, American Express. and Discover. Payment is due immediately upon notification of winning bids Without Exception. 3. All items sold are subject to Texas Sales Tax at a rate of 8.25% unless a tax exemption certificate is furnished with payment. If the items are shipped OUT OF STATE the buyer will not be subject to state tax. 4. Packing, shipping, and insurance costs are NOT included as part of the purchase price. All items will be taken to the local UPS Store. If you would like it shipped by another carrier please contact us with details. The cost of shipping will be then added to the credit card on file. WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO SHIP LARGE FURNITURE. WE WILL HOLD IT(UP TO 30 DAYS) FOR YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. 5. Although every effort has been made to accurately describe each item, Braden Auctions makes no actual guarantee as to age, size, authenticity, or restoration. In the event of any discrepancy of description, Braden Auctions may elect, at our sole discretion, to allow the return of certain items. In no case will Braden Auctions ever be liable for more than the purchase price plus shipping costs. Any return must be arranged within 5 days of the receipt of merchandise, and must be in our possession within 30 days from the date of the auction. 6. Unless stated on an individual lot, all items will be sold without minimums or reserves. Some items may be sold times the bid price (Four (4) chairs, so much each chair). If in the description it begins with a number (i.e 4-) it will be sold times the money. This will be clearly defined on the bid screen. 7. The Auctioneer has sole discretion to handle any tied bids or disputed bids. Auctioneer retains the right to reject any and all bids, and to advance the bidding at his discretion. 8. Bidding on any item signifies full knowledge and acceptance of the above conditions. All sales are final and items must be paid for immediately upon notification by Braden Auction Services or Proxibid of the amount owed. This agreement is binding upon the parties involved.
