Internet Bidders: An 11% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 10% (escrow money) is required via certified funds due no later than 36 hours following auction. Funds will be sent to Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc. The balance will be due on or before 30 days.
