Successful bidders will agree to overnight a signed copy of the Auction Purchase
and Sale Agreement along with an earnest money deposit. Within 72 hours of the
close of Internet Bidding, with an additional 10% deposit The earnest money
deposit should be in the form of a cashier’s check, made payable to the escrow

Successful bidder understands Internet Bid offer is to be received on or before May 25,2009 @6:00 pm. This offer can be mailed via overnight mail to the address below or faxed to 352-390-3299 or emailed to info@haywoodrealtyauction.com with the deposit sent by UPS-FED-X or DHL Overnight.
Broker participation: Broker participation is welcome. Brokers must however
compensated by the seller. Broker must be licensed in FL., register and attend the
auction with prospective buyer. A broker participation form must be on file with
Haywood Realty & Auction Company, Inc. to validate this offer.
Closings: All real estate transactions must close within 30 days of auction day.
Buyers Premium: A 6.% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid (hammer price) for this auction.
