Internet Bidders: An 11% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 10% (escrow money) is required via certified funds due no later than 36 hours following auction. The balance will be due on or before 30 days.

From Highway 72 & Highway 133 in Florence, Alabama, travel to Highway 157/Highway 72. Turn left and travel 0.5 mile to auction site on the left.
From Muscle Shoals, Woodard Avenue in Muscle and Highway 157/72 travel south on Highway 157/72 approximately 2 miles to auction site on the left.
From Decatur, travel west on Highway 20 to Highway 20/157/72 merge. Travel approximately 0.5 mile to auction site will be on the right.
