PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
You will receive an invoice with your winning item(s) subtotal within 24 hours of auction close. If we do not hear from you, your winning purchases will be charged to the credit card you have on file within 48 hours of auction close. If you would like your items packaged for shipping, please reply with your method of payment and shipping address. Buyer is responsible for arranging for freight for large purchases. We can palletize large orders, fees for palletizing will be based on size and weight, a minimum of $50.00 per pallet will apply. All items must be paid for in full and funds cleared prior to removal or shipping. The invoice total will include the 15% Buyer's Premium and 8.25% Sales Tax if you are located in the State of Texas. For this auction, Buyers Premium, Sales Tax and Shipping will be charged separately. If you are paying by check, we will require 2 separate checks: 1 for your purchases and 1 for the buyer's premium, sales tax and shipping (if applicable). For credit cards you will be charged one time for your purchases, then a second charge for the buyer's premium, sales tax and shipping (if applicable). We accept payment by Cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Wire Transfer and checks with a bank letter of guarantee made out to Green Bid Auctions. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions are for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items before bidding.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
We can ship your purchases anywhere in the continental U.S. Please let us know if you would like your items packaged to ship upon receipt of your initial invoice. If you would like to arrange your own shipping, we charge $2.00 - $5.00 per box to cover packing materials. We can palletize large orders, fees for palletizing will be based on size and weight, a minimum of $50.00 per pallet will apply. If you would like a shipping quote in advance of bidding, please email: sales@greenbidauctions.com with the lot numbers on which you will be bidding. All items not removed by 06/26/09 will be charged a daily storage fee based on the space occupied.
