SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Items will not be released until funds have cleared. You will have 14 days after auction to remove your items from auction site without receiving a storage fee (see terms and conditions), unless prior arrangements have been made. CHECKOUT DATES AND TIMES	5 hours immediately following sale, Sunday June 7th from 8am-5pm, or by appointment for the next 14 days after sale. After 14 days, a storage fee will be assessed (see terms and conditions).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	1. All items are sold as is, where is; no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 2. You must be pre-registered with a credit card on file to bid. Buyer must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer. If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction, please do not bid. 3. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. and the bidder throughout any transactions. 4. A 10% online buyers premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. A 10% credit card hold may be applied to bids to ensure performance. If the terms of the auction are not followed, Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. reserves the right to charge the entire amount due to the credit card on file including any storage fees and penalties. 6. All announcements made on the sale day take precedence over any printed material. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 7. We strive to take accurate photographs and give complete descriptions, including any faults. The auctioneer and his consignors do not accept any returns or grant any credits. All items are sold as is, where is. 8. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. 9. Successful bidders will be notified via email. 10. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids if they so choose. 11. Unless announced by the auctioneer at the time of the sale or published in the catalog herein, all bids are per lot as numbered. If a lot is described as "each times," "sold separately," or "times the money" the bids are for each item times the quantity listed. 12. Minimum bid for Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. is $2.50 unless otherwise specified during auction. 13. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Every legal remedy available will be used to insure the performance of winning bidders. Bidder accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each seller and auctioneer and their employees, governing body, officers, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses related to, arising from or associated with buyer's, his agents or representatives, use of the site, including but not limited to personal injuries or property damage incurred on the sale premises or during removal and transport of any auction item, and arising out of, based upon, or resulting from any breach or violation by bidder of this site user agreement or any use by bidder of the site or as a result of a dispute with another bidder. 14. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 15. The purpose of this auction is to dispose of all properties which are being offered, however, there are items for which a reserve price, a confidential minimum price, has been set, below which a lot will not be sold. In the event that the high bid falls below the reserve price, the auctioneer reserves the right in his sole discretion to accept the bid, reject the bid, or re-offer that item at a price beginning at the reserve price or next preceding bid. If the auctioneer determines that any opening bid is not commensurate with the value of the article offered, he may reject the same and withdraw the article from the sale. If, having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that any advance thereafter is not a sufficient increase, he may reject the advance. 16. No items will be released until full payment has been received. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of buyer at the close of the auction, and buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. 17. The Buyer is solely responsible for any and all shipping costs and arrangements. Delivery arrangements may be made with Sam Nickol (phone: 406-431-5471). Each successful buyer will pay any packaging, shipping and insurance charges directly to the shipper. Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. will not release any items to be picked up or shipped until good funds are confirmed. 18. Storage fees will begin 14 days from auction sale date at the rate of $15.00 per day, unless prior arrangements have been made with Bo Carpenter Auction, Inc. 19. In no event will our liability to a purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid. 20. Titles will not be released until funds clear.
