LIVE INTERNET BIDDING: Interent bidding is available on this property. BUYER"S PREMIUM:A 3% Buyer'e Premium will be added to the high bid to establish the contract purchase price. EARNEST DEPOSIT: A Non- refundable deposit in the amount of 10% of the high bid will be required upon signing the Contract. The non-refundable deposit will be wired to the escrow company within 24 hours of the Auction. Successsful bidders will receive wiring instructions immediately following the close of the Auction.
