PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	A valid credit card is required to register to bid at this auction. Your credit card will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If you bid higher than $5000, a Bank Letter of Guarantee is required. Please contact the auction house for payment instructions.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Bidders will be responsible for making their own pickup or shipping arrangements. We do not have scales at the site to weigh. We will assist with shipping arragements and provide post auction quotes for your order. Loading times are 9am to 4pm Friday June 5 9am to 4pm Monday June 8 9am to 4pm Tuesday June 9 After June 9 there will be a $15 per hour $50 minimum supervision charge for loading.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS	from Bartow, FL go North on Hwy 17 3 miles to entrance of Bartow Airport. Watch signs the auction is 1/4 mile inside the airport on the right.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	All property is sold �AS IS�, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Randy Kincaid Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Randy Kincaid Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Randy Kincaid Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Randy Kincaid Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Venue for any dispute arising between the bidder and auctioneer, will be Polk County Florida. Randy Kincaid Auction Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Randy Kincaid Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Randy Kincaid Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Randy Kincaid Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Florida buyers will be subject to 7% state sales tax. Sales tax unless buyer furnishes by fax a copy of his 2009 resale certificate. Items purchased by Florida buyers and shipped by common carrier will be subject to Florida sales tax at the rate of 7%.
