PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS	DO NOT SUBMIT ADDITIONAL PAYMENT! We will charge the credit card on file with Proxibid as soon as invoices are e-mailed at the end of the Auction. If a winning bidder pays with a credit card and then for any reason protests the charge to the credit card company they hereby agree to pay any and all of Pacific Auctions costs in relation to pursuing the winning bidder for payment.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS	Pacific Auction will ship items at buyers expense. Pacific Auction will earn $10.00 per box for handguns and $15.00 per box for Long guns to package them for shipping and transportation to the shipping facility. We normally use the US Postal Service for all guns. If you prefer a different shipper please notify us. HAND GUNS CAN ONLY BE SENT VIA US POST. The shipper's charges are in addition to the packaging fee and will be paid by the buyer. We will charge the credit card we have on file after the items are shipped and then e-mail you with the total shipping charges. Non Guns will be charged $10/box. When possible we will box multiple items together. The safety of your purchase is our highest concern.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS	Liability Release and disclaimer. All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. Property will be available for thorough inspection prior to sale. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. Pacific Auction Companies in good faith may attempt to describe items listed but makes no representations or guarantee of these descriptions. Pacific Auction will not be responsible for any errors, omissions in said descriptions. It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify all information pertaining to sale items. Material misrepresentations MAY be dealt with in a case by case basis. Pacific Auction does not guarantee serviceability of items sold and recommend that all items be checked by a certified gunsmith prior to firing. Warranty Pacific auction provides no warranty of any kind on any items sold. Non Paying Bidders Non paying bidders for any reason will be reported to Proxibid and banned from bidding in future Pacific Auction listings. Pacific Auction may at their discretion utilize credit reporting ,collection and or legal means at our disposal to collect the unpaid amount plus any associated costs. Any action taken by Proxibid is between Proxibid and the non paying bidder. This may include permanent banning of said bidder from all Proxibid based auctions. No items may leave auction grounds without full payment being made. Ammunition liability Ammunition is sold as components only and Pacific Auction is not liable in any way for any issues that may arise from it's use. State laws It is the bidders responsibility to know and follow their own state laws pertaining to firearms and ammunition. If your state lists your purchased firearm on their banned list we can not ship it to another state. Winning bidder relinquishes all claims on said items. There will be no refunds of any kind. Winning bidders items will be sold at a later date and time of Pacific Auctions choosing with no minimum no reserve. There will be a 20% seller�s fee incurred. FFL'S and back ground checks. Within 30 days of auction end winning bidders must provide a current, dated, signed in ink copy of the receiving FFL or receive an approval via our CBI/ATF 4473 background check. If for any reason a winning bidder fails their background check Pacific Auction will grant a 30 day period to rectify the situation and pass a CBI background check. There will be no refunds if you fail to pass a CBI background check or provide a current FFL. 60 days after the end of the auction if the background/FFl criteria have not been met Pacific auction will sell the purchased items in their next auction with no minimum bid or reserve price. The net proceeds of the resell price less a 20% commission will be sent 10 days after the auction.
