PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Bidders must post a bank check deposit of $5000 made out to North American Title Escrow prior to bidding. You can call for wire transfer instructions. Unsuccessful bidders checks will be returned by wire from Norht American Title within 3 days after the acuction.
Winning bidders will execute a contract for sale and purchase immediately following the auction and post an additional $15000 binder deposit within 24 hours of the auction by wire to North American Title Escrow. Balance will be payable on or before closing within 30 days. Rents and taxes will be pro rated.
Seller will pay for title search, title policy, and doc stamps on the deed. The buyer will be responsible for a $225 closing fee, title transfer fees for the mobile homes (5) at approximately $200 each.
